Grapes are without a doubt a fruit with countless properties. Besides being refreshing, cleansing and nutritious, it brings many health benefits : it cures the constipation, indigestion, tiredness, kidney disorders, macular degeneration and prevents the cataract.
Grapes are full of vitamin A, C, B6 and K as well as essential minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium. Grapes also contain flavonoids, that are powerful antioxidants : they can reduce the damages caused by free radicals and slow down cellular aging.
It has been discovered that grapes can also be used as a support in the cure for asthma, since it has a high hydrating power, that increases the moist in the lungs and reduces asthma attacks.
This fruit is also an excellent source of micronutrients like copper, iron and manganese, that are very important for the bones formation and strength. Adding grapes in our diet on a regular basis can prevent the outbreak of conditions connected with aging like osteoporosis.

Furthermore, ripe grape juice is an important home remedy to cure migraine. It has to be drunk early in the morning, without any water.

Red grapes also have strong antibacterical and antiviral properties, able to protect from bacterial infections in the intestine and other systems.
Studies suggest as well that grapes can improve brain health and delay the outbreak of degenerative neuronal diseases. Finally, it is particularly effective in reducing colon and breast cancer.
It is impossible then to resist to this delicious fruit, rich in flavour, sweetness and a real panacea for our health.
